If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or purchase, we’re here to help. Should you change your mind after placing an order, please contact our customer service department on (718) 456 8900. We can make amendments to your order as long as your request is made prior to shipping.

If your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.


All customers MUST fill out a Return Authorization Form.
(For your convenience, please click on link above a writable PDF Form that can be filled out online and emailed back to your assigned Sales Representative or fax back to us). Once you have received an RMA Number, please put a copy of this form with your return to be processed.

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Any item that has been damaged or missing is not acceptable for a return. Simply state your invoice number and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided on your proof of purchase and shipping label. This will speed up the process from our end.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to receive a full refund. After this period, the customer is responsible for the applicable merchandise restocking fee depending on how quickly you return the items(s):

- 16-30 calendar days - 15% charge
- 31-60 calendar days - 50% charge
- Over 60 days - No return is accepted

Screen protectors, Bluetooth, stereo hands free/headsets and other personal products can never be returned once opened. This is due to the nature in which these products are used by customers.

Defective product(s)

Defective products must be returned within 30 days from receiving the product, otherwise no replacement or exchange will be approved. If any of your products are defective when received, we offer product exchange only. No cash or credit card refund is available.


We put our efforts in seeing that your order is delivered in the timeliest manner possible. Although rare, if you receive the wrong product please contact our customer service department on (718) 456 8900 and an exchange will be made to resolve this as soon as possible.

If your item is damaged, we will notify you once we have received it and tested the functionality. We will update you as soon as we have finished inspecting the item. If we approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Your clearance of funds will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
