How do I view pricing?

To protect the interest of our customers, pricing information is only available to registered customers. Simply create an account where you will have full access to all of our products and price point scales. Registered customers can call or email to request our full price list on (718) 456 8900.

How do I receive wholesale pricing?

We sell most of our products in packs of 6 (phone cases, data cables, Bluetooth and hands free) or 10 pieces (chargers, pouches and screen protectors). Ordering by the pack or box (as shown on individual product pages) will not only improve the collection and packing process for our warehouse, but also give you the most competitive price point.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For all wholesale and retail customers our minimum quantity is 3 units per item and a minimum order of $100.00 or more.

How long will my order take to be shipped and received?

All orders take 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship from our New York Distribution Center. Unless specified, UPS ground shipping is our preferred shipping courier and service. Shipping times will vary depending on your state and zip code.

How do I track my order?

All tracking information will be provided as soon as your shipping label has been printed. Once your shipping label and tracking is ready you will be notified by email. UPS tracking numbers are normally provided on your invoice PDF. You can also login to check your order and tracking status, or call us on (718) 456 8900 for further information and questions.

Do you offer any expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer most of the expedited shipping options by UPS. Please contact your sales rep or a member of our team at (718) 456 8900 for more details. We also deal with USPS, FedEx and offer international shipping options as well.

How do I verify my account to make a purchase?

At checkout, simply follow the instructions and upload the necessary documents so we can approve your account for all future orders. Once you have selected ‘Submit Order with Verification’ we will check and approve your account if we are satisfied with the information provided. You will be sent an email confirmation to continue at checkout and complete your purchase.

How long does it take to verify my account?

From receiving your submitted documentation we aim to respond as soon as possible and make sure to notify you on the same business day. For any urgent queries please contact your sales rep or a member of our team on (718) 456 8900.

Do I have to verify my account on all orders?

No. Account verification is only required once for new customers. If you want to add a new card to your account, we require customers to upload an image of the new card but not your ID. This is to show the card holders name on the card and verify that you are the card holder or have permission from the card holder. Again, we only require process this once for each card being added to your account.

Are all of your products brand new?

Yes. All of our products are manufactured and sealed in immaculate and unused condition.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Our password creation is case sensitive so remember to remove cap locks. If you are still having problems logging in or cannot remember your password credentials, simply call your sales rep or a member of our team on (718) 456 8900. You can also reset your password by selected ‘Retrieve Password’ or emailing us at sales@nemusa.com

How can I get the Price?

For protecting our customers interest from exposing their costs, our prices are only given out by sales rep to registered customers. Please sign up for a new account first and your sales will contact you for pricing. Registered customers can call or email to request the price list too.
